报告题目：Bistable pulsating wave of a competition model in rapidly varying media and its homogenization limit

报告摘要：In this talk, we will discuss the existence of bistable pulsating wave for a two-species competition system in rapidly periodically varying media and its homogenization limit as the spatial period tends to zero. Assuming that the homogenized system admits a bistable traveling wave, we first show the existence of pulsating wave for all small periods and determine the homogenization limit of the wave speed. Furthermore, in the case where the homogeneous wave is not stationary, we investigate the effects of spatial heterogeneity on the wave speeds.

【报告人简介】

 余虓，华南师范大学副教授，博士毕业于加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学, 先后在美国迈阿密大学、加拿大瑞尔森大学和约克大学从事博士后研究。主要从事扩散系统的传播动力学研究，相关成果在J.DifferentialEquations、J. Funct. Anal.、J Math.Pure Appl.、中国科学（英文）等杂志发表，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。
